Waste Management is the community trash collector. Their number is- 855-852-7110

Internet, Telephone & Cable

Owners may contact any provider of their choosing. If owner needs to setup the internet at the home, they can contact Frontier.

Association Fees

The Association fees include Property Management, Common Area Maintenance, Pools, gym, tennis, pickleball, beach area, BBQ grill, clubhouse.

Quarterly Assessment

Quarterly Assessments

Includes: Community Pool and Spa, Fitness Center, Tennis and Pickleball Courts, Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation, Maintenance of Common Areas & Lakes and Professional Property Management.

$ 1,500.00 per quarter for all lots

Due on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.

$ 626.00 due on January 1, 2025

2. Estoppel Fee of $299.00 collected at closing.
